The Onam celebration of Saint Mary’s College of Nursing was begun with the official welcoming of ‘Mahabali’ in its traditional way. As an introduction to the Onam celebration Ms. Alfiya Zuha 2nd Semester (B.Sc. Nursing ) narrated the story of Mahabali. Ms. Sneha Mathew and the group performed Thiruvathira, the cultural dance of Kerala. Prof. Naveen Rasquinha the principal CON delivered the speech on the significance of the day. Along with Onam celebration the staff anticipated the B’day celebration of vice principal Prof Sandeep kumar CON, all through the day members enjoyed homily atmosphere as there was exchange of good wishes and sweets.
