World Mental health day was organized on 10/10/2023 at HD kote General Hospital with collaboration of taluk Health administration under the theme “Mental Health is a Universal Human Rights” to bring about Mental Health hygiene. Member of Legislative Assembly Anil Chikkamadu was the chief guest of the day, THO Dr. Ravi Kumar T and with the other associate Doctors, community health officers, Asha workers and Nursing Staffs of H.D.Kote Taluk members were the organizing committee. Saint Marys’ College of B.Sc Nursing Students along with Mrs. Shreevidya and Ms. Rashmi the teaching Faculty who took active in celebrating “Mental health day”. It was an enriching experience to our students to participate in health awareness program. around 200 people benefited from this health Mental health day awareness program.
