WORLD AIDS DAY CELEBRATION ON 1/12/2023
On 1st December 2023 world Aids day was organized from 2nd Semester B. Sc Nursing students of Saint Mary’s College of Nursing under the guidance of Sr. Smitha D Souza (Assistant professor) and Ms. Sharmila (Nursing Tutor) .The Director, Administrator and Faculties of the Saint Mary’s College of Nursing & Hospital where present to the world Aids day awareness program. Dr. SR .Jyothi Fernandes the pediatrician was the chief guest of the event. The 2nd Semester B.Sc Nursing students projected a role play song related to Aids awareness followed by health education from the team Dr. Sr. Jyothi addressed the gathering on the theme “Let communities Lead” and enlightened the people to respect HIV/AIDS and work towards the prevention of HIV/AIDS in our locality by being responsible citizen around 100 people benefited from this AIDS awareness day program.
