

On February 7th, 2025, the students from B.Sc. Nursing third year, arranged a Farewell party in the title called “Hasta La Vista” a Spanish phrase that means ‘See You Later’ and ‘Good Bye’ to the final year outgoing students of B.Sc, the 1st batch of the Saint Mary’s College of Nursing The event was a blend of emotions, joy, and celebration, marking the end of a significant chapter in the students’ academic journey.
The guest of the day were are Rev. Sr Mary Mendonca the director, Rev Sr Aruna the administrator, Rev Sr Philomena Nimmy the Superior of Sanjeevini Convent and other members Sisters, Doctors, hospital Staff from the St. Mary’s Hospital were present to this memorable event.
The evening was vibrant with various cultural programs organized by the students, showcasing their diverse talents and creativity. The performances included traditional dances, musical acts, and drama, which kept the audience, entertained and created a festive atmosphere.
The program was initiated by invoking Gods Light with the lamp lighting and welcoming the senior students creatively. On this occasion, Principal Prof Naveen Rasquinha CON congratulated the students on the successful completion of the course as well gave them best wishes for the near future. He shared his experience of 1st batch of the students and beginning days of the newly affiliated CON and blessed the students to Shine Out and Illuminate the name of the institute wherever they are. Mr.Simson Student of outgoing batch spoke on behalf of his classmates and thanked each and everyone who shaped them into beautiful productive persons in health care. Agape was arranged at the end of the Send-up party to all present.
