Student Nurses’ Association of Saint Mary’s College of Nursing is a part of The Student Nurses’ Association of India (SNAI) which is an affiliated association of the student Nurses under the umbrella of Trained Nurses’ Association Of India (TNAI).
The students actively participated in the election on 15/02/25 at 9-11am supervised by Ms. Sreevidhya the Nursing Tutor. A total no of 144 students casted their valuable votes to the members who were nominated for the election for various posts. The counting of votes began at 11:00am & the results were announced by 12:00pm in the presence of the staff & student representatives.

The Second Investiture Ceremony of the Student Nurses’ Association of Saint Mary’s College of Nursing was held on 15th February 2025 in the College premises.
The program began at 12 pm along with newly elected SNA members, by the Invocation of God’s Blessings with the lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries namely Rev. Sr Aruna the Administrator, Prof Naveen Rasquinha Principal, Rev. Sr Smitha The Asst Professor and Advisor of the SNA unit were present.
Prof. Naveen Rasquinha motivated the students with his words of wisdom & encouragement. The oath taking ceremony by the newly elected office bearers for the year 2025-2026 followed by Ms. Anusha Shine, Ms, Sharmila the nursing Tutor and S N A coordinator briefed the responsibilities of SNA bearers and various Convenors. last but not the least Rev. Sr. Aruna encouraged the students & the newly elected SNA members with her presidential speech. The program concluded with Sr. Smitha proposing the vote of thanks.
