Saint Mary’s College of Nursing on 20/07/22 at 11am in collaboration with St. Mary’s community health Centre trust(R) organized a continuing medical education in association with a team of a Doctors from HeLTI organization funded agency currently conducting a research project in Saragur, H.D. Kote, Mysuru(Dist). Dr. Sr. Hilda Rita Lobo the senior gynecologists’ introduced the resource persons of the day to the gathering. The resource person of the day was Dr. Kumaran K Scientist, Holdaworth Memorial Hospital who has his PHD degree from London university and conducted multiple outreach research projects in both rural and urban areas in and around the world . He introduced a new project that is “Early intervention to support trajectories for healthy life in India (EINSTEIN) ” the project is of WHO Project funded by HeLTI- 4 national funding agencies(India, Canada, China, South Africa) to generate evidence based study in H.D. Kote. There was V good interaction between the resource persons and team of Doctors with Doctors, Staffs and students of SMCON and SMCHC on how to work for the project and purpose of the project at H.D. Kote taluk that was really an informative conference. the session concluded at 12pm.
