

Workshop on soft skills was organized at St. Mary’s hospital, H.D.Kote in conference hall. Rev. Sr. Apoline Cordero the former provincial superior of Mysuru province (UFS) was the resource person who has achieved numerous credits to her unassuming service in the field of Social work. Sessions were conducted to the Nursing staffs, Class D workers, house keeping staffs, and securities in 3 groups. The major points discussed under the topics are:
- Soft skills, abilities and traits that pertain to personality, attitude, and behavior and its significance in health field profession.
- Communication skills, Body language, time management, stress management, leadership skills and better way to deal with the Patient and their relatives also with the other staffs and in the work area.
It was incredibly benefitted to the entire staffs for the successful carrier in the health profession.
