The Nutrition Expo 2025 for B.Sc. Nursing 2nd Semester was held on 5th November 2025 at St. Mary’s College of Nursing, where students showcased therapeutic and balanced diets through planning, preparation, and presentations. Coordinated by Mrs. Dhanvathi, Ms. Sharmila, and Ms. Manasa, each group focused on themes such as iron-rich, protein-rich, calcium-rich, fiber-rich, post-operative, diabetic prevention, renal disease, hypertension prevention, and antenatal diets. The active participation of students reflected creativity, scientific knowledge, and practical application, while the support of the principal, management, and faculty ensured smooth conduct and enriched learning. The event not only strengthened academic understanding but also fostered teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills essential for future healthcare professionals.
